With a growing number of smartphone and tablet customers Hilton Grand Resorts wanted to offer members a way to browse available resorts without disrupting their existing workflow. The mobile website needed to provide members the ability to filter through hotel features in order to find the resort that best fit their needs.

Arrow Consulting & Design worked closely with Hilton to establish the information architecture for the site, including process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes. The mobile site also integrated with Hilton Grand Vacations Club’s custom resort management tool, which made updates and changes a breeze.
